The role will see you responsible for overseeing, planning, scheduling, and offering support to your team on site, and ensuring the entire scope of works are carried out professionally and safely. The role is very well supported by the Superintendent and a Contract Administrator allowing the Supervisor to be focused on the core function of their role. Experience Required: 2 years of experience working as a Supervisor on land development projects Ability to oversee underground services, road construction and bulk earthworks Good understanding of land subdivision process, including planning, scheduling and delivery of projects. Have in-depth knowledge of stormwater and sewer systems. Experience in selecting and managing subcontractors Effective and articulate communication skills Must hold a current manual driver license.
